Katie’s Landing Pavilion Update

GREAT NEWS!!

We have reached 55% of our fundraising goal.

Here is the breakdown of where the project is so far:

Project build cost budget is 108,500 (includes 20% contingency)

Funds raised as of March 26, 2023:

$ 1,500 - Seminole County Waiver of Fees

$ 42,800 - Cash funds contributed

Once 80,000 is achieved:

1) Pavilion kit is ordered

2) Friends of the Wekiva River, Inc. will contribute $15,000

The goal is to have the project completed by the end of the year.

We invite you to help us put this pavilion on Katie’s Landing by making a contribution. You can do this through our website and can read more about Katie’s Landing and the pavilion.

The quicker an additional $35,700 is raised toward the $80,000, the quicker Katie’s Landing Pavilion build can start.

Once completed, it will be gifted to the state park.

Thank you for your support!
