Katie's Landing Pavilion Update
It’s a long process but things are moving along! The contractor, pavilion committee members, and permit volunteers met on site to assess necessary maintenance of the stormwater system. A call was put out for a volunteer workday to assist with weed-wacking and cleaning up areas around the stormwater outfalls, as required by permit conditions.
Volunteers assisting with permitting and our engineer also conducted a site assessment to include ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) access to the pavilion. Engineering plans will be drawn up to depict those access points and will be included with the permit submittal. Stay tuned as we get closer to seeing our patient and hard work finally pay off with a beautiful pavilion we can all enjoy!
