May 2024 Pavilion Update at Katie's Landing

CIVIL ENGINEER NEEDED FOR THE PAVILION PROJECT!

The Pavilion Project continues in the permitting stage. New St. Johns River Water Management District and Seminole County permits require a review of the 2006 permit for the restrooms, parking lot, and retention ponds. The Pavilion Committee has reviewed the 2006 permits and is seeking a licensed civil engineer to review the 2006 plan, conduct a site inspection, and provide documentation that the 2006 construction was completed as per the associated permitted plans.

If you are a licensed civil engineer and can assist with this phase of the Pavilion Project, please contact Deborah Shelley - drshelley@earthlink.net. Pro bono or low bono would be greatly appreciated!
