Sept. 12 - Special Event: Troubled Waters

Learn more about the pollution problems that threaten the future of Florida’s waterways and how you can be part of the solution.

The film “Troubled Waters” will be shown 6:30 pm in the Performing Arts Center at Valencia College East Campus on September 12. The film was produced by St. Johns Riverkeeper, who is co-sponsoring the event along with the League of Women Voters Orange County, Friends of the Wekiva River, and the Valencia Earth Studies Association. The film will be followed by a panel discussion with Seminole County Commissioner Lee Constantine, St. Johns Riverkeeper Lisa Rinaman, and Prof. James C. Adamski. The event is free and open to the general public. Doors open at 6:00 pm.
