Thank-you to the Straker Foundation for their substantial donation to FOWR

Friends of the Wekiva River was recently gifted a substantial donation from the Straker Foundation. Jane Straker said the following of the donation:

“The Straker Foundation recognizes the excellent work and achievements that Friends of the Wekiva River has made in its efforts to protect the Wekiva River system for the benefit of all who use it, and wishes to support its projects and activities in that mission.”

Donations allow FOWR to continue doing wonderful work for our wonderful Wekiva River basin. We couldn’t do it without the support of our community. Thanks and much appreciation, Straker Foundation!
