Update on the Pavilion at Katie’s Landing

We are waiting to FINISH the permitting...with Seminole County. After we receive the Site Plan permit, our contractor will apply for the Building Permit. The kit will be shipped after all permits are received.  We are currently responding to the county's request for additional information related to the engineering plans. We hope to have the kit shipped within several weeks. Stay tuned!

The kit will provide the materials to construct a  shelter very similar to this sample picture (24’x44’) with the exception of having a white roof to coordinate with the existing  bathroom facility at Katie’s Landing.
